Cutters design request with a specific design, drawing by the client will not be added to the catalogue unless both (me and the client) agree to it, although, if their request is an idea or a theme, i am the designer of the cutter and it will be added to the catalogue.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If for some reason, a package is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for the second postage cost even if he was given free shipping the first time.
I’m not responsible for eventual delays of the shipping company.
Warrantie
If for any reason your item(s) arrive damaged or break within the first month, with valid proof, i will replace the item(s).

I accept cancellations within the first hour after purchase, although transfer fees will be deduced.
